Nackiyé will dispatch your order from Istanbul prepared during business hours (Mon through Fri, 9am to 6pm) with DHL. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a shipping tracking code. Please keep this confirmation email for your records.
Please kindly note that the customer is responsible for any local import costs, custom fees and/or taxes associated with their origin country’s import/custom duty and tax scheme when it comes to receiving packages from overseas. We strongly advise you to check online for further information relevant to your current country location. Any refusal to pay these import duties/custom fees/taxes will result in cancellation of the original order. Any associated costs incurred by Nackiyé with return shipping or custom clearance will be deducted from any refund amount owed to the customer.

Nackiyé will kindly receive returned pieces (including exchanges) within 15 business days of the customer first receiving their package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before making any returns/exchanges.
Please kindly note that Turkey, where Nackiyé products are dispatched from, is not in the European Union (EU). You will be responsible to pay local import custom fees & taxes where you reside anywhere in the world (EU, Cyprus, Norway, UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, UAE, Africa). We strongly recommend you to check online for further information relevant to your current country location for a reference to the amount of local import custom fees & taxes payable.
Nackiyé undertakes quality control of each piece shipped. We provide detailed sizing for each product. With these examples, we hope to provide a seamless experience for our clients. If you are not satisfied, Nackiyé products may be returned (including exchanges) at your own cost provided the pieces are in original/new & unused/unaltered condition, with all their original tags still attached to the product. Pieces with (unattached) missing tags will not be eligible for a refund. Please keep any original packaging, invoices, confirmation emails. Take care when unpacking.
Note: Orders from our Archive Sales are final and cannot be returned. Final Sale items will have a noted “Item Is Not Eligible for Return” on the product page, as well as within your checkout window and your confirmation email.
You may request an exchange of a product with the same model in different size or colour, if available. Please request for sizing and colour at email@example.com.
Exchange requests with different products will not be accepted. Exchanged products may be returned following the return/exchange guide.
If you return the products to us because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of a defective product in full and any applicable delivery charges, but not any customs duties you may have incurred. You may be asked to provide us detailed photographs of the product showing the defects or mistakes.
In the event returned products do not fit the Nackiyé return/exchange guidance (a refund is not given), upon request we can ship the product back to you at your own additional expense.
NACKIYÉ RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDE
The following is a step by step guide on how to carry out a return/exchange:
Please do not return/exchange products before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return form will be sent to you via email after you have contacted us to inform us about a return/exchange. The customer cannot make a return/exchange without this form.
Contact your local DHL to book a collection. We request you to use DHL for a seamless experience. Nackiyé reserves the right to not accept returns if you send the product through a different carrier other than DHL.
Answer all necessary questions on the return form including if it is a return or an exchange, including the new tracking number when you receive it.
Place the returned/exchanged item with original tags attached, in the original box/packaging (as received) ensuring the products are secure from any weather event. Ensure the pieces are in original/new & unused/unaltered condition. Failing to do so will result in no refund. Include a printed copy of the return form inside the package, whilst recording the new tracking number.

Place the newly acquired label from DHL to the return package whilst ensuring you have recorded the new tracking number.
Send a second copy to email@example.com with the new tracking number filled out in the return form.
Exchanges with DHL can take a little time due to custom checks. Kindly bear this in mind.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all approved pieces will be credited to your credit card originally used to place the order, with any taxes or import duties incurred by Nackiyé deducted from the total amount. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
The refund can take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, after we receive the package and from that day onwards, provided the return conditions are abided by.
We are not at liberty to accept any responsibility for returned orders lost in shipping. For this reason, we strongly advise you to retain any DHL postage receipt with tracking number as proof to be taken up with DHL shipping company.
