Nackiyé will dispatch your order from Istanbul prepared during business hours (Mon through Fri, 9am to 6pm) with DHL. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a shipping tracking code. Please keep this confirmation email for your records.

Nackiyé will kindly receive returned pieces (including exchanges) within 15 business days of the customer first receiving their package. Please email info@nackiye.com before making any returns/exchanges.

Please kindly note that Turkey, where Nackiyé products are dispatched from, is not in the European Union (EU). You will be responsible to pay local import custom fees & taxes where you reside anywhere in the world (EU, Cyprus, Norway, UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, UAE, Africa). We strongly recommend you to check online for further information relevant to your current country location for a reference to the amount of local import custom fees & taxes payable.
